Join us for a day of learning with lavender & herb expert Andy Van Hevelingen. Back by popular demand, Andy will share 40 years of lavender wisdom, having grown herbs and lavender in his wholesale nursery since 1982. He will also demonstrate a simple, small scale distillation process using a microwave oven that can be used to test lavender quality. Lunch and refreshments are included in the registration fee.
